Quippy — Terms of Service 

These terms govern your use of www.quippy.in, operated by Quippy, registered in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with the consent of a parent or guardian, and capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Products

All products are printed to order. Product photographs and mockups represent the design as accurately as we can manage, but:

• Screen colours vary by device. Minor variation between what you see and what arrives is normal.
• Print position may vary by a small margin, which is inherent to garment printing.
• Garment measurements may vary by roughly 0.5 inch, which is normal for apparel.

We publish full measurements in our size chart rather than relying on S/M/L alone, so you can check fit before ordering.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if payment fails verification, if the product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. The contract forms when we confirm the order has entered production. We reserve the right to decline any order, with a full refund.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, photographs and the Quippy name are owned by Quippy or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or print our designs without written permission.

You are buying a garment, not a licence to the artwork on it.

If you believe any design on our store infringes your copyright, write to wearyourquippy@gmail.com with details and evidence of ownership. We take this seriously and will investigate promptly.

User conduct

You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, place orders you don't intend to pay for, scrape or copy our content, interfere with the site's operation, or submit abusive content in reviews or messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Third-party services

We rely on Shopify, Qikink, payment gateways and courier partners. We're responsible for your order, but not for outages or failures of those platforms beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
