Processing time
Every order is printed to order. Printing takes [2-4] working days before dispatch. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Counted from dispatch, not from order date:

Where we ship
Across India, to any serviceable PIN code. Enter your PIN at checkout to confirm serviceability. We do not currently ship internationally.
Payment methods
We offer prepaid payment via UPI, cards and net banking. [If offering COD: Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹[X], with a ₹[Y] handling fee.]
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Failed delivery
Our courier attempts delivery up to [3] times. Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable.
If delivery fails because the address was incomplete, nobody was available, or the parcel was refused, it returns to our fulfilment centre. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery — a redelivery charge may apply.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking hasn't updated for [7] working days, write to wearyourquippy@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and either reship or refund.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the parcel and the item before discarding any packaging, and email us within [48] hours. See our Return and Refund Policy.
